A residential and hotel masterplan for a sensitive hillside setting in UNESCO-listed Ouro Preto.

The proposal brought 265 apartments, divided across five blocks, together with a hotel on a steep site outside Ouro Preto. Pedro led the design team and developed three-dimensional and CAD studies to test massing, access, levels and the relationship between the new buildings and the surrounding landscape.
